Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund: In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the session, a 30% fee is still due. Rescheduling: In the case of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date based on our availability. Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability.
